Issue: Consumer products - Labelling and packaging
The recalled products do not meet the child-resistant container requirements for vaping products required by the Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
Vaping substances containing nicotine present a poisoning risk if they are ingested. Inappropriate packaging and labelling can lead to unintentional exposure to the product and cause serious illness or injuries, including death.
As of November 5, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries.

To do: Immediately stop selling/ using the recalled product and dispose of it.
1. Immediately halt the selling of Uwell V6 Refillable Disposable Pods as the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada
2. All inventory must be disposed by the customer as Smoke Arsenal will not be taking any returns
