Yes, you need to a place a minimum 250$ order before taxes to sucessfully process it online. Incase a glitch occurs and order below 250$ gets placed, it will be cancelled and an email will be sent to you.
Our usual turnaround time from the order being received to the order being shipped is 2 to 3 business days. If the payment is delayed after an invoice is generated, it may further delay the shipping.
Depending on what status your order is in, it will depend on how the item can be added or removed. If the order status still says ON HOLD, substitutions in the form of addition, replacement or removal can be easily made by contacting your account rep directly. After logging-in your account, you can see a status next to your order indicating how far along it is in the process. If it says INVOICING, it means an invoice has been emailed to you with the final amount.
Yes. Your account will contain the tracking information of your order when it is marked for shipping. In the case of order pickup, it will say AWAITING SHIPMENT indicating the order is ready to be picked from our warehouse location.
There are instances when an order might be delayed due to weather conditions or some logistics-based issues. In those instances, we would recommended contacting your account rep directly so he/she/they can contact the shipping company on your behalf.
In the rare instance of you loosing your order, email us on [email protected] with your order number, tracking number and any other relevant information. Your account rep will facilitate either a reorder of the item or credit based on the order value.
